Sunday, July 5Communion Worship Service at 9:00 a.m.  We are planning our first Sunday back for Worship in our Sanctuary.

We are looking for special talents to be shared this summer. Do you have a favorite poem?  Do you have a favorite piece of Christian music? Would you like to sing?  Any special talent would be welcome during our summer Sundays, July 5 – September 6.  Worship starts at 9:00 a.m. and your special talents will enhance our service.  Please speak with Pastor Lori if you would be willing to share.

Write September 13 in your calendar as our first day back to our Fall schedule with Sunday school resuming at 9:00 a.m. 

Upper Milford Vacation Bible School is cancelled for this year.

News from the Evangelism and Membership Committee…

  • River Dance at the State Theater on June 17th is postponed. They are working to reschedule it for later this year and will honor our tickets then.
  • Supper Club and Lunch Bunch for June have been canceled.

News from our Food Pantry… 

Zionsville Area Food Pantry is located at Zion’s Lutheran Church; their mailing address is P.O. Box 56, Old Zionsville, PA 18068.  The phone number is: 610-554-8340 plus they have a new phone plan that allows texting.  The distribution for the food pantry is always the second Monday and following Wednesday and Saturday of each month.  Monday and Wednesday distribution is 4 – 6 p.m.  Saturday distribution is 10 a.m. to 12 noon.  You are always welcome to help and/or to visit/observe.  It is a great operation.  Clients are encouraged to have appointments but we do accept walk-ins too.  As church leaders, feel free to suggest to folks in need that this is available to them.  They should call the phone number for a recorded message that explains the process to them.

We have small classes with individualized attention and we have a high influence on the arts.
